Dr Ulrich Schneider awarded the Rudolf-Kaiser Prize 2015
Dr Ulrich Schneider, Fellow and Lecturer in Physics, has been awarded the Rudolf-Kaiser Prize 2015.
He receives the prize in recognition of his important scientific contributions to the study of non-equilibrium dynamics in many-body quantum systems, the experimental realization of negative absolute temperatures and interferometric studies of the quantum geometry of synthetic quantum materials.
The Rudolf-Kaiser-Foundation awards the 鈥淩udolf-Kaiser-Preis鈥 annually to an up-and-coming young experimental scientist with extraordinary scientific achievements. The prize is one of the most prestigious awards for young scientists.
