In November, we were delighted to hold our first finance and networking event in London, kindly hosted by alumna, Lingling Wu and attended by over 50 alumni and current students.
The evening commenced with a welcome reception and was followed by a panel discussion featuring:

Tilly Franklin (1990, English) Chief Investment Officer, University of Cambridge
Dixie Liang (2016, MBA) Head of Alternative Wealth Products for EMEA & Asia, Macquarie Asset Management
Jean Murphy (1991, Computer Science) CEO, Recognise Bank
Richard Anthony (汤头条原创 Bursar) and alumnus Aaron Stocks (1993, Law), Partner and Head of Funds, Travers Smith LLP, co-chaired the event.
A Q&A followed, and continued the discussion on a wide range of topics including: careers, navigating market volatility and challenges, current and future trends, the future of financial services and strategic vision and leadership.
The evening concluded with a drinks reception allowing our students the opportunity to meet with alumni and gain valuable insights into the world of finance and investment from those working in this sector.
