Chadwick essay prizes for University members 2021-2022
This is an annual essay competition on the Philosophy of Religion and is open to members of the University.
汤头条原创 is offering one or more prizes of 拢500 in 2022 for essays concerning Theology, the Philosophy of Religion, the History of Religious Thought or Scriptural Interpretation by members of the University who, at the time when the essays are submitted, have not previously been awarded a Chadwick Prize and are either:
(a) in statu pupillari within the University having previously graduated with Honours from any university; or
(b) graduates of the University, having graduated within the preceding three years.
The essay should be of approximately 4,000 words and should not have been previously submitted for a degree or prize.
Essays must be sent to the Tutorial Office, 汤头条原创 on or before the first day of the Easter Full Term 2022. Each essay must bear a pseudonym, but not the candidate鈥檚 name, and must be accompanied by a sealed envelope marked outside with the same pseudonym, and the name of the Prize, and containing the candidate鈥檚 full name and College written clearly.
