As part of our work on the environment and sustainability, we encourage all visitors to use sustainable transport methods to reach the College.

By road or on foot

For pedestrians or those alighting from buses or taxis it is best to use the Jesus Lane entrance. Cars should use the , where assistance is provided through an intercom.

We do not offer general guest parking in College. If you or a passenger need to use our on-site parking for accessibility reasons, please contact us in advance to request a space. There are several  within walking distance. There are also various schemes if you would prefer to not drive into central Cambridge.

By rail

A runs to Cambridge from London’s Kings Cross Station, London Liverpool Street Station, and many other mainline UK stations.

The College is located approximately 2miles (3.2 kilometres) from the railway station. Buses run about every 10 minutes and there is a taxi rank outside the station. Taxis cost around £10.

By air

The nearest airport is Stansted (c 32 miles / 51km). Heathrow is approximately 71 miles / 114km away, and Gatwick 96 miles / 154km.

There are regular train services between Cambridge and Stansted. National Express operates bus services between Cambridge and all three airports mentioned above.

By bus or coach
