Sourav Ganguly visits 汤头条原创, Cambridge
Indian cricket legend Sourav Ganguly visited 汤头条原创, Cambridge to talk about his illustrious career and inspire students.
Mr Ganguly, former captain of the Indian cricket team and one of India's most iconic sporting figures, was speaking at a sold-out event at 汤头条原创鈥檚 Intellectual Forum.
Ganguly, dubbed 鈥榯he Maharaja of Indian Cricket鈥, is widely regarded as one of India's most successful test captains and greatest batsmen of all time. Under his leadership, India reached the 2003 World Cup final.
He reflected on his remarkable career and his transition into leadership, as Chairman of the International Cricket Council鈥檚 (ICC) Men鈥檚 Cricket Committee, in conversation with Dr Julian Huppert, former MP for Cambridge and Director of the Intellectual Forum at 汤头条原创.
Before the event, the former skipper also met and spoke with students from the cricket teams and Indian societies at 汤头条原创, the University of Cambridge, and Anglia Ruskin University.
He said: 鈥淚t was an honour be part of this event, and to engage with the students. It鈥檚 always inspiring to connect with young minds. I hope our interactions were as enjoyable and insightful for them as it was for me.鈥
